At RayaLight Creations, each piece is created intentionally and made just for you once your order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing or change of mind.
If Something Isn’t Right
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please email us within 14 days of delivery at:

Include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Order Changes
Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, we cannot guarantee adjustments can be made.
Shipping Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:
• Please check with your local carrier first
• Then reach out to us and we’ll help however we can
For orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
• The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees
A Note on Product Variations
Each item is produced individually. Because of this, slight variations in color or print placement may occur.These differences are part of the process and are not considered defects.
